Columbus Satellite
Georgia Military College opened its Columbus Satellite on Fort Benning in 1996.
The location offers state-of-the-art instructional technology and a location wide broad-band, wireless mesh network. Students are able to bring their own device to class to allow them to integrate the resources available to them. Flexible class scheduling allows students to take classes during the day, at night, on the weekends, or online. Students are able to earn an Associate or Associate of Applied Science degrees or a Bachelor of Applied Science degree.
Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Bookstore services are located in the Student Services office providing current and prospective students an easy way to seek the assistance they need. Student computers are located in the Library and Learning Center, and the Library Associate is available to assist students with research or learning to navigate the online resources. The Student Center is the center of student activities and a place to meet with classmates before and after classes.
Georgia Military College continues to diligently support Service members, their families and civilian employees via virtual appointment or on-site at the Manchester Expressway location.
